Yichang Hengyou Chemical Co., Ltd. is a high-tech fine chemical enterprise specializing in research, development and production and management of pharmaceutical and pesticide intermediates. The factory is located in Yaojiagang national circular economy demonstration park, Zhijiang city, Hubei province. The company was completed and put into operation in 2012, passed ISO9001:2008 international quality management system certification in 2013, and was recognized as a national high-tech enterprise in 2014. In 2017, the company was transformed from a limited liability company into a limited liability company. In 2018, the company successfully listed on the new third board (sock code: 872928).
It has two main products of acetamidine hydrochloride and pentachloropyridine. Acetamidine hydrochloride is a kind of pharmaceutical intermediate mainly used in the production of vitamin B1, and is also the basic raw material for organic synthesis. Pentachloropyridine is an important intermediate of medicine and pesticide. It can be used in the production of insecticides and fungicides such as dichloropyridine acid, environmental herbicides and pesticides such as fluoxane tobacco with high efficiency, low toxicity and low residue. It can also be used in the production of other raw drugs for the treatment of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases.
The company's existing product projects are all high-tech products encouraged and supported by the state for development, which conform to the development direction of the national industrial policy and have a very broad market prospect.
Since its establishment and operation, the company has always adhered to the business principle of market-oriented, quality for survival, management for efficiency, and science and technology for development. The company has two holding and joint-stock subsidiaries of Yichang Shengyou Technology Co., Ltd. and Hubei Kelin Bolun New Material Co., Ltd. The new projects with an annual output of 10,000 tons of anti-knot agent and 30,000 tons of benzene-methanol were completed and put into operation in 2018, and good economic and social benefits have been achieved.
The company fully implements the strategy of talent and science and technology development, and has set up teaching, scientific research and internship bases for school-enterprise cooperation in industry-university-research and research respectively with China Three Gorges University, Northwestern Polytechnical University, Wuhan Institute of Technology.
